  1. So I notice that on your squats and your leg presses your feet are pointed out about 45%. Is this the way I should be doing this? I usually line them up parallel and shoulder width.

    • If you are going shoulder width or wider then yes you should be pointing you toes outward to the same angle the your knee’s will track out. If you squat with a very narrow stance then you would keep your toes pointed straight. Here is an excellent video that I found extremely helpful in improving my squat although I am certainly no expert and am still working on getting better.
