Following up on yesterday’s post on 10 Things All Beginning Lifters Should Know by Bret Contreras is this video by Johnny Candito on Beginner Basics – Programming (Novice Strength Programs). I would recommend this for people new to lifting period as developing a good strength base is a good place to start regardless of your end goal. There are links to some great programs and reviews of those programs in the description below so be sure to check those out.
