Today could have been a real bummer when I got on the scale and saw I had only lost 0.2 pounds for the week. However I went white water rafting today which was a ton of fun and was a really nice break from focusing primarily on contest prep. In addition Layne has decreased my macros going forward and added in an extra session of HIIT cardio. Shit just got really but I am happy because we are taking action. Its the lets wait and see how things go that I find much harder to deal with.
