A New Perspective on the Sumo Deadlift

I have never pulled sumo style before and decided to give it a try now that I am in my offseason. So far its been going pretty good but I certainly feel it my hips more but that’s a good thing as I need to strengthen my hips. The following video by Jordan Syatt of Syattfitness.com has a couple of good tips on how to be better at pulling sumo style.
