I don’t know about you but my hamstrings definitely need to improve this offseason so when I saw this video it was like wow great idea I need to incorporate this into my training!

    That’s a neat one and a new one on me!
    I guess you would obviously have to adjust the weight to a weight that is too hard for 1 leg to lift but just about ok for that leg to lower on its own, just like doing negatives!
    I may give this one a go and see how I get on.
