So quick update. The WNBF Winnipeg and Calgary shows that I was in contest prep for have been cancelled. They are planning to have some extra show in the fall but that is 6 months away and after dieting for the last 50 weeks I don't think it's good to try and tread water for 6 months to complete in ...
