Morning weight 193.8 lbs

Block 1 - Week 3 - Day 2 - Lower (modified)

Leg Ext - 4 x 15 x 210
Single Leg Press -
Leg Curls - 4 x 15 x 170
Calf Raise - 3 x 12 x 210
Ab crunch - 3 x 15 x 140

So my back has continued to bother me and I am determined to figure this out and get pain free and stay pain free. Been doing the big three core exercises that are recommended by Dr. Aaron Horschig at Squat University. I have been doing these everyday this week and I can tell its helping as I am actually sore and having pain on my left side instead of my right side. This to me indicates that the left was probably the weaker side so the right had to work harder and thus would always get injured. I have modified my training to not include squats or RDL's etc so as to not to put any strain on my back until I can move 100% pain free all the time and then I will incorporate them back into my lifting routine. For now I am hoping what I am doign will maintain my muscle mass while I get this sorted out once and for all.
