  • There’s nothing like the pressure of being filmed to make sure you don’t bail out early! 🙂

    Now I know why I like to do my HIIT on my bike on the roads and up the hills!! Or running round the fields sprinting. It just seems easier. 🙂

    But hey just think of the fuel could save doing this!

    Ps, did some HIIT today on the rowing machine at the gym. Rowing at a high ‘strokes/minute’ ie sprint for 1 minute intervals inbetween i minute rest intervals where I did a lower stroke rate.
