    ‘What a difference a day makes’

    As I eluded to you in a previous post. Weight gain/loss is not a linear process that moves in small increments, it quite often goes in big jumps and sometimes not at all for periods of time.
    It’s as if the body is always trying to maintain the ‘status quo’ until enough calories have either been consumed or left out that it can no longer hang on and a sizeable shift occurs. And there’s a new re-set level.
    The main thing is, it has happened and in the right direction!!

    So well done!!
    Keep that aggression up as well, when it comes to the workouts.
