New Squat and Bench PR’s!

9 weeks post bodybuilding competition and I set 2 new lifetime PR’s yesterday. 365 lbs for squat, up 15 lbs from 4 weeks ago and 320 lbs for bench, which is 5 lbs increase from my best a year or so ago. Attempted 460 lbs for a new PR in deadlift but could not break it off the ground but it was close. I just started pulling sumo style 9 weeks ago so still trying to master but I think next time I will be able to get 460.
