OK well not really. Yes its an off day from my 5 day split weight training however I will still be going into the gym and working abs and doing some HIIT cardio. Something tells me that between now and my contest there will not be many if any off days where I do nothing. By doing some cardio on my 2 off days it will help to keep my body fat in check. Got to put in the work to shine on stage!
Speaking of stage here is are video highlight of the first natural bodybuilding competition I went and watched, the 2011 IDFA Western Canada Classic. The IDFA is the largest natural bodybuilding organization in Canada and as you can see put on a fantastic show which helped inspire me to be in the next one!
