So kind of cheating this week by not posting something that I wrote. Been super swamped this week as I took this week and next week off work. Normally that would mean I have a bunch of down time but I have been working on completing a bunch of different projects at home. I have been so focused on doing all that I really don’t have anything that is worthy of writing about this week. I don’t want to put out content just for the sake of content.
I did watch this video by Jordan Syatt which is really good. If you have ever struggled with dieting then you need to watch this. Man or women, young or old this applies to everyone who has struggled with their diet. Jordan does an amazing job of breaking everything down and making it all so relatable. If you are not subscribed to his channel I would highly recommend that you do as he puts out a lot of great content.
